Agile Systems offer tailor made solutions dependant on your requirements.  Most of what we provide is priced on an individual basis, however the following should offer a rough guide line on what you can expect.

Static and Basic Websites

Static websites are small to medium websites that require little functionality beyond displaying information and looking good.  Prices start at £400 + VAT and include a years free hosting, email administration with webmail, domain registration and a free 30 day support period.

Content Managed Websites

Websites that contain everything a static website does, plus an integration with a Content Management System, start at £800 + VAT.  You can expect basic dynamic functionality such as a contact form to be included in the cost.  Further functionality is also available should you wish.

Ecommerce Websites

Ecommerce websites vary vastly in terms of functionality and scope.  A website with the most basic payment integration, e.g. a simple form that allows customers to pay invoices online, starts at £1,000 + VAT.  Full ecommerce websites start at £6,000 + VAT; this includes 

• A professional and clean design
• Full ecommerce functionality including customer login areas, reporting, newsletters, vouchers, discounts etc
• Full payment gateway integration
• Sound commercial website advice and strategy planning, spanning as many hours as is required
• 30 days free support and a years free hosting of both the website and emails.
• A free domain name for the first year

Search Engine Optimisation

SEO has become one of the prime drivers for online success over the last few years.  As the Internets population grows, so too does your potential audience.  With old paper based directories rapidly on the way out, it's time to consider how allocating a percentage of your advertising budget to SEO could impact your business.

The cost of an SEO campaign varies largely based on your industry, your desired outcome (e.g. what key phrases do you wish to successfully target?), the size of your website, the current state of your websites on site optimisation and more.  SEO campaigns are just that - campaigns.  That is to say it's never good enough to just do one "SEO drive" and call it done in all but the least competitive of areas; a continuous push is needed month on month.  That's where Agile Systems come in.

Of course we can't give accurate price lists for SEO given all of the possible variables; each campaign is unique to you.  However, the minimum allowance for an effective campaign is £400 + VAT per month.  If your website makes money directly or indirectly, now is the time to start thinking about how you could be harnessing that true potential.

Web Hosting

Agile Systems will host one website for £100 + VAT/year.  You'll get full access to as many MySQL databases as you need, infinite subdomains, cPanel access, full traffic analysis software, PHP 4 and PHP 5, Perl 5 and the choice of an Apache of IIS server.  Call us now for more information.  Full support for the year is included.

Email Hosting

Agile Systems will administer and host email accounts for £150 + VAT/year per domain.  You can have as many accounts as you like, each with plenty of space (up to 1GB per account).  You have the choice of accessing it via our excellent webmail system or via a client; we offer POP3 and IMAP with the option to connect over an SSL encrypted connection if required.  Full support for the year is included.

Corporate Branding

Your image is one of the most important assets you have.  Whether you're a startup or an established business, we can design and print many corporate branding materials such as leaflets, stickers, bags, pens, exhibition stands, logos, brochures etc.  Of course prices vary based on requirements, materials and quantities, but to give an idea here is a typical quote:

Business Cards
